Terms of Service

Bookings and Payment

Workshop sessions are booked and paid for online through Stripe. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you pay. Accepted payment methods are card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and confirmed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Workshop bookings are not refundable.

If you cannot make your class, you can move to another available date, as long as you let us know at least 72 hours before your class starts. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for missed classes.

In extreme circumstances we may offer a refund at our discretion. Get in touch with us and we will sort something out.

If we need to cancel a session, we will contact you directly to arrange a refund or an alternative session.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Minimum Age

Minimum age is 15. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who needs to stay for the whole class and sign the safety waiver on their behalf.

Parents and guardians do not need to book or pay for a spot. They just need to be there.

Safety Requirements and Workshop Conduct

All safety gear is provided and must be worn as instructed for the whole session. Participants must follow Matty's instructions at all times, including an instruction to stop an activity immediately.

Wear a long sleeve cotton shirt, jeans and leather boots. No polyester or other synthetic fabrics, because they can melt. We supply a welding helmet, gloves and safety glasses.

You will sign a safety waiver when you arrive. It is signed on paper at the workshop; there is nothing to sign online.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop participation for anyone who does not follow safety instructions or behaves in a way that puts themselves or others at risk. No refund is given in this situation.

What's Included

What is included in a workshop is set out on that workshop's page. Anything not listed there is not included unless agreed separately.

Directions and Location

We are based in the Boranup / Margaret River Region, WA. The exact location is sent to you after your booking is confirmed.
